Depicts a number of artworks in the Medici collection and a number of famous men including, Charles Loraine Smith, Richard Edgcumbe, 2nd Earl of Mount Edgcumbe, George Clavering-Cowper, 3rd Earl Cowper, Sir John Dick, Other Windsor, 6th Earl of Plymouth, George Legge, 3rd Earl of Dartmouth, David Stevenson, Valentine Knightley, Felton Hervey, Thomas Patch, Sir John Taylor, 1st Baronet, Sir Horace Mann, 1st Baronet, George Finch, 9th Earl of Winchilsea, Roger Wilbraham, James Bruce. Horace Walpole called it "a flock of travelling boys, and one does not know nor care whom."
